ZED 12V Battle Station Battery Adapter Kit

The ZED 12 V Battle Station converts your Milwaukee M18, Makita LXT, or DeWALT 18V / 20V power tool batteries into a rugged (12 V output) power supply for job sites, 4WD or vehicle setups, camping, shed/huts, custom applications and more.

Bolt it in. Leave it. Fixed-mount 12V for a vehicle, canopy, trailer, shed or tool box: bolt, screw, rivet or adhesive-mount it once and it's a power point that's always there.

Milwaukee Gen 3 kits carry an injection-moulded Covestro Bayblend housing, a German engineering plastic, impact resistant to minus 30 and flame retardant to UL 94 V-0. Not the generic ABS the cheap ones use, stainless hardware, genuine Anderson plugs, high quality UV conformal coated PCB's.

Milwaukee and DeWALT models feature ZED's Smart Low Voltage Disconnect (LVD): it cuts power before over-discharge, then hibernates at ultra-low draw, so a battery left connected stays a battery. Makita packs use their own internal disconnect.

It's the fixed-mount kit. You bolt, screw, rivet or adhesive-mount it permanently to a ute, van, trailer, canopy, truck or shed wall to make a 12V power point that's always there. Same 12V/5A output as the Power Plate but without the light or the tool-free mounts, which is why it's the most affordable kit.

Semi-permanently. It has fixing points to bolt, screw, rivet or adhesive-mount to your chosen surface, so it stays put in a vehicle, canopy, trailer or shed. If you'd rather tool-free strap and clamp mounting, look at the Power Plate; for a portable dual-battery unit, the Middle Man.

Milwaukee M18, Makita LXT and DeWALT XR/FlexVolt 18V/20V batteries fit (choose your brand at checkout). The regulated 12V/5A output (13.5V) runs 12V fridges under 5A, lights, pumps, fans, phones and a Starlink Mini. Batteries aren't included.

Any 12V fridge drawing under 5A, which covers most portable 12V fridges. For higher-draw gear or longer runtime, the dual-battery Middle Man (10A) is the better pick.

ZED's Smart Low Voltage Disconnect (LVD) cuts power at 14.0V under load before over-discharge on Milwaukee and DeWALT batteries, then hibernates at ultra-low draw, so a battery left connected for weeks is still a battery. Makita packs have their own internal disconnect. It doesn't charge batteries; it's solar-ready via an Anderson Y-splitter for hybrid use (cable sold separately).

The Battle Station adapter and a 50A Anderson-to-female-cigarette-socket adapter. It's a fixed-install unit, so you mount it with your own bolts, screws, rivets or adhesive.
